I live in spain & go to a very small spanish gym where no one speaks english and Today i went to the gym and i was having some trouble with my back since lifting a very heavy generator with my dad and i was having a bit of trouble at the gym, and i was on the cross trainer and it was uncomfortable so i got up and went on the exercise bike with a seat at the back to rest my back and it worked. I went to get changed and when i walked around, it hurt. I went into the changing room and i went suddenly to grab something and my back just shot with pain and i tried to get changed but it took me ages and then i sat there almost dressed (no shoes or jacket) and my back was hurting, i was in a lot of pain. After a while, i heard the man who runs the gym shouting my name and i couldnt answer, then banging and then a woman doing the same and banging and then he banged again and shouted really loud and then they BROKE THE DOOR IN, luckily it isnt a proper door, only a latch slide thing and the guy came over to me, i had like everyone around me, and they lifted me and tried to help me walk again and after like 30 minutes of slow moving, and rubbing my back, the gym man walked me home and carried my stuff. and got me to ring my parents. He told me not to come tomorrow to the gym, i said my dad would want me to. I go to the gym for a reason and i go everyday and i have NOTHING else to do & i haven’t even told my dad about today and i would be too embarrased and my back feels fine now but i dont know what to do…
I want to go and my back feels fine, and if i take it easy, it should be ok but i am worried what the gym man will say? what should i do?
The gym man said to me stern and in my face, tell your dad to speak to me. (i think he means if he has a problem with me not going) but i want to go.

I’m planning an expedition to travel from US south to the southern most of South America, up past home as a test drive, to Alaska, might take a ship to Russian cost, travel threw to Finland, France, England, Ireland, Spain, Italy, down to Southern Africa going threw the Bolivian rain forest traveling Africa, to the southern part of South Africa, threw Egypt, threw Iraq and Afghanistan to support the troops morals. Threw India, China, Cross over to Japan, Singapore, Papa New Guinea, Australia, then travel around Australia.
The tools used is an 08 F350, King Suspension, Exhaust, Snorkels, steel, Ignition, 250 gallons of Diesel, green paint, tan soft top, top rack full of tools etc, rear rack on top of two spare tires, winch’s, tons of spare parts “drive shafts, seals, a/c parts etc”, 20 spare tires, 4 extra wheels, 6 wheels and tires that’s the same as the truck for the 39 ft pulled toy hauler. Weekend Warrior. All tools needed, air compressor, welder, generators x 3.
Sat comm, Sat Phones with dishes, 20ft UHF/VHF, Marine Garmin Navigation “custom ” Marine Furumo Radar, Foxtel mobile dish, Directv Mobile Dish, and some sort of internet Mobile dish. Also will include a small weather station to transmit data for records and trip info. This vehicle will be GPS tracked, it will have 3 side view cameras “Switched on LCD outside instead of mirrors” reverse cameras, ground clearance cameras, FLIR camera for the front “roo’s people, lions etc” 3 1500 amp power inverters, amps for the antennas, dual 200 amp alternators, 10 Optima batteries, lap top inside with an extra touch display in the pass seat for my wife, about 50 switches in the back with just a circuit breaker possibly, about 10 dual gauges inside, including an extra 10 switches. PS3, DVR, etc. Also thought of an idea for raising the rear roof for another “windshield” viewing window with removable sunroof, rear seat folds out to a lil futon, the rear has a small door to access the fridge in the back. Turnable tv screen in the back for my daughter.
In the trailer it would have a lot of storage features, propane, extra water tanks, batteries, fuel, deep freezer, full-size fridge, and one quad.
Total trip distance is 150,000 miles. Approximately one year and a half to 2 years.
Diesel cost is at $60,000 “1.35/l, $5/g, 10mpg average”
Gas cost is at $25,000 “for the generators”

I’ve researched quite a lot, no one really has any record of doing so..
World record is a couple in a Patrol from Aussie traveled 239,000 miles within 6 years or so.
Taking a hired boat from shores to shores.
My concerns are the ground clearance due to the trailer “if I need to go severe offroad to get to another road” country not letting me in, the distance to the next fuel stop.
Or is it that there is a connected road from the Eastern coast of Asia threw to England to South Africa threw Bolivia, Egypt to South Korea?

Then taking a ship to Papa New Guinea and Australia.
This system will be able to go great distances self contained without using any civilization for 2,000 miles and 30 days. I have traveled threw out Australia, there I own a Land Rover Defender 90, here in the US I own an 08 F350 6.4l an a Rubicon. I live in Arizona and am no city boy. so if for some reason everybody in the whole world would freeze, drop dead, stop doing their job and just stay at home or something…. well if that happened, would power stations.power plants still be able to keep doing their work? would generators work? and if we’d still have electricity would the internet, phones, tv and such work, or od they all need a person watching over something to make sure it works ..or something…

What power generator would I need to be able to power up 5 tv’s and 5 playstation 3’s. I am donating them to a childrens home in Africa but they don’t have electricity yet

What materials do i need to build it at home (homemade)?

I live in a location without municipal water supply. I could buy a natural gas generator, and hire an electrician to connect it to my breaker box, but I believe there is a way to connect solar panels to a battery system to provide enough power for my 220 volts submerged pump. I have 2 horses, 24 chickens, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 3 parakeets, and 3 people that need water in the event of a hurricane, national power grid attack,etc. There are solar powered generators advertised, but they are not powerful enough for 220. Also, my whole neighborhood of over 200 homes all lives off their own water wells, and we all suffered during hurricane Ike: 10 days without a water supply.

i wondered if i could generate electricity to run appliances in my home?

I was being kind of dumb when i did this.
I decided to upgrade windows 7 illegally so i downloaded a windows anytime upgrade key generator. It worked and my computer was upgrading from home premium to professional. When my computer restarted it was upgraded but i tried to authenticate my version of windows from the control panel and windows noticed that it wasnt authentic. I downloaded windows loader so that at startup my computer would think the os is genuine. So my OS was genuine until i upgraded it.
So the windows loader thing makes my startup a little slower and i wanted to know if there is a way to go back to my valid operating system.Can i restore it or do something else because i don’t want it to be illegal. I learned my lesson that i should not use illegal or pirated software. PLEASE HELP.
